We as Chairmen of the Welsh adn Scottish Executives of the society acknowledge beverley Parkin's observatins that devolutin is creating different priorities in each of the home countries Of course this soes not mean that core professional issues will be different but that there will be differences in imkplementatin that reflect local priorities.
