Pharmacist reprimanded for unsupervised sales and lack of personal control

Apharmacist who had kept a stock of blank prescription forms to fill in on behalf of prescribers has been reprimanded for misconduct by the Statutory Committee. At an inquiry held on October 22 and December 15,1998, the Statutory Committee considered a complaint from the Council of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society concerning Mr Arshad Zahoor Malik,of 84 Wanstead Park Road, Ilford, Essex.
