Restoration decision postponed in case of pharmacist struck off for Viagra offences

The Statutory Committee has postponed its decision on a London man's application for restoration to the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists after learning that he had been interviewed in connection with counterfeit Viagra.At its meeting on 26 January,the committee heard an application for restoration to the register from Rajendra Gulubchand Shah,of 8 Bush Hill Road,Kenton,Harrow,Middlesex.
