A Birmingham superintendent pharmacist whose premises contained large quantities of outdated medicines,stock with no batch numbers or expiry date,and improperly labelled stock - among other irregularities - has been ordered to be struck from the register by the Statutory Committee after a hearing spread over six days.Two pharmacists employed by his company were reprimanded.
