Winter is over ... spring is upon us ... flowers are blooming ... birds are chirping ... bees are buzzing ... and all across North America, indeed throughout the world, every young man's attention turns to the hockey playoffs. A battle on ice, skates and sticks all over the place, go full speed and be prepared to get checked into the boards ... well, you get the picture. What's that you say? Not every young man pays that much attention to hockey? Well, I suppose you're right. North of the border hockey seems to have captured the hearts of nearly everyone, yet south of the border, hockey nuts are regarded as somewhat peculiar.
