Jiangnan High Polymer Fiber Issues New Domestic Shares

Following the approval by China Securities Regulatory Commission,Jiangsu Jiangnan High Polymer Fiber Co.,Ltd.(SH:600527)has iasued 50 million new domestic shares at the end of May 2007,at a price of RMB15.79 per share.The fund raised was around RMB287.15 million,in which the net proceeds of approximately RMB275.53 million.
