国内外超高分子质量聚乙烯纤维产业化及开发应用进展

摘要

The article introduces the status quo of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene fibre (“UHM-WPE”) production both domestically and overseas , illustrates the current applications of UHMWPE fibre as well as conditions of new product development overseas , and puts forward viewpoints on the development of domestic UHM-WPE fibre in special perspective .At present , the industry should attach importance to the technological progress , product application and development and market exploration , and enterprises with scale production and technical strengths should take the lead to guide the development of the domestic industry .The industry should also focus on participating in international competition and expanding export while further improving operational and technical levels and reducing production cost in the meantime , so as to improve competitiveness of the domestic products in the international market .%介绍了国内外超高分子质量聚乙烯长丝生产的现状，以及当前超高分子质量聚乙烯纤维的应用情况和国外新产品情况，并对国内超高分子质量聚乙烯长丝的发展提出了看法：当前行业需要重视技术进步、应用开发和市场开拓，需要有规模和技术实力的企业来引导国内的产业发展；逐步参与国际竞争，做大产品出口；进一步提高产品生产技术水平，降低生产成本，才能提升国内产品的竞争力。
