On September 21st,2006,Lutianhua Company Ltd.(SZ:000912) broke ground for its chemical fertilizer project in Yinchuan,Ningxia.With a total investment of RMB2.5 billion,this project has a planned capacity of 450 000 t/a synthetic ammonia and 760 000 t/a urea and is planned to complete before April 2009.
