Bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation-induced splenic laceration and hepatosplenic hematoma

Splenic laceration is an uncommon complication of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). We report a case of bystander CPR-induced splenic laceration with hepatosplenic hematoma complicating management of a patient with cardiovascular collapse because of acute myocardial infarction.
