Domestic market prices of secondary products of stainless steel wire rods are expected to increase sooner or later. According to the makers of secondary products of stainless steel wire rods, they are planning to raise the selling price of their products by 250 won (based on STS304) on average per kg in April. They said that it is unavoidable for them to advance their prices this time because stainless steel wire rod price, which was raised once in March, is foreseen to make another hike in coming May due to a steady rise in nickel price.
