The finest surviving private collection of minerals from Cornwall, England, and one of the best such collections ever assembled, is that of Philip Rashleigh (1729-1811). The best of the collection is on public view at the Royal Cornwall Museum in Truro, which also has Rashleigh's original, extremely detailed collection catalog.
