摘要

Well-aligned ZnSe nanorod,nanowire,and nanobelt arrays have been selectively grown on Zn foil by simply modifying reaction temperature and time.X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,Raman scattering spectroscopy,and cathodoluminescence were used to characterize the products.The as prepared ZnSe one-dimensional(1D)nanostractures are all single crystalline and have a[0001]preferential growth direction.The growth mechanism of 1D ZnSe nanostructure arrays with different shapes is also discussed based on the thermodynamics and kinetics control of diffusion,nucleation,and growth.
