摘要

We report and epi-detected coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (E-CARS) microscope that uses two synchronized picosecond pulse trains. The microscope not only provides high spectral resolution but also significantly improves sensitivity for three-dimensional vibrational imaging of living cells.
