The Spaulding Group recently reached a major milestone: 25 years in business. And The Journal of Performance Measurement has undergone a major change in that it's only offered electronically now, after 18 (?) years of being printed. These changes, as perhaps for other reasons, too, caused us to think that perhaps it might be good for David Spaulding to be interviewed. And who better to interview him, than David Spaulding? And so, that's what we're doing for this issue.
