A New Computation Model of Grey Relational Degree

Based on present grey relational theory, firstly, this paper summarizes several representative grey relational computation models, and points out their shortcomings respectively. Then, seeing into the meanings of grey relational axioms, a new computation model of grey relational degree, GRA-AR model, which considers the absolute differences and relative differences of data sequences and gets over the shortcomings of present models, is provided, and it is proved to be scientific and to satisfy the four grey relational axioms. Lastly, GRA-AR model is illustrated by an empirical example to analyze the outsourcing of firm's resource.
