摘要

Generalized GRA is widely and successfully applied. The algorithm of Generalized GRA is based on the staring point of the sequences. So the influence on starting points of random disturbance has effect on generalized GRA. To the sequences of steady growth trends with random disturbance, the approximate true starting point was defined, and generalized GRA is calculated based on it. A numerical example shows the advantages of the generalized GRA based on approximate true starting points. And it is used to analyze the main reasons of the production expansion of China's photovoltaic industry, and it is found that global PV installed capacity is the most important factor.
