We present two cases of pellagra-like erythema on the exposed skin of female patients with anorexia nervosa. A 38-year-old woman presented with figurate erythema on the dorsal hands and calves in June. During the previous summer, she had noticed repeated eruptions on exposed areas after approximately 10 min of sun exposure. She was wearing shorts at the time and received sunlight on the calves, which were usually unexposed sites. The erythema was associated with a burning sensation.
