In this paper, the concepts of fuzzy strong serni-interior (resp. fuzzy strong semiclosure) of a fuzzy set due to Bai Shi Zhong in [2], have been generalized to fuzzy bitopological spaces and some of its basic properties are studied. Using these concepts, we investigate several characterizing theorems of fuzzy pairwise strongly semicontinuous (semiopen, semiclosed) mappings [8].
