Ulnar neuropathy caused by an anconeus epitrochlearis: Clinical and electrophysiological findings

The anconeus epitrochlearis muscle can cause compressive neuropathy of the ulnar nerve. However, there is no established method to identify anconeus-induced ulnar neuropathy preoperatively, and the clinical and electrophysiologic characteristics of this condition have not been established.
