Perceptions of Trainees at Dairy Training Centers of Punjab Dairy Development Department

A study was conducted on 150 respondents undergoing training (15 days duration) at dairy training centres of Punjab (Phagwara, Sardul-garh, Bija, Chatamli, Tarantaran) to know about the perception of trainees with the help of structured questions. 30respondents were randomly selected from each centre. The overall perceptions of trainee at all the centers regarding training courses in terms of subject matter to be taught, quality of trainer and physical facilities for training programme revealed thatmajority of the trainees ( 47.27 %) was highly satisfied with the selected aspects of training programme followed by satisfied (39.44%) and not satisfied (12.71%).
