Association Between Lameness Score and Rear Leg View Index inCrossbred Dairy Cows

摘要

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the reliability of the subjective tests such a numerical rating score and rear leg view index to assess lameness in crossbred dairy cows. The results indicate that there is significant association between locomotion scoring and rear leg view index and both can be used reliability to identify clinical lameness on dairy farms, despite the subjective nature of both the tests.
