Century s ambitious plans in garments

Century Textiles,a B K Birla group Company has decided to diversify its activities into readymade garments and acce-ssories.The various products will be launched under the brand name of "Cottons by Century"."To begin with,Century will launch cotton shirts and kurtas within next couple of months and later on go for other products including trousers,accessories and women's wear"said Mr R K Dalmia,President,Century Textile.The 105-year old Century Textiles and Industries Ltd,which is one of the pioneers in cotton textiles,was till now focusing on export and the domestic textile market.
