After the Floods what have we learned?

After the winter floods of 2015/16, a number of inquiries were set up, both nationally and locally, to review what happened, take stock and set out plans to reduce flood risk for communities in future. So, it is timely to ask, what have we learned? Are we changing our approach to managing flood risk? What are we doing to support communities to adapt and what more do we need to do for the future?
