Cholesterol Analogs Labeled with Novel Silylated Fluorescent Compounds

摘要

Novel fluorescent cholesterol derivatives bearing dimethyl-silylated fluorescent molecules were prepared. The derivatives exhibit markedly enhanced fluorescence compared to that of an analogous derivative bearing unmodified pyrene in living cells.
