Hon'ble Chief Guest of the evening, Guest of honour, past Presidents present on this occasion, Dignitaries on the dais, Council members, Chairmen/Secretaries and their Executive Committee members, Spokesmen, Invitees, Guests, Ladies and Dear Members of the Association! It gives me immense pleasure to be in your midst after one year of taking over charge as the Hon. Secretary of the Association and present the activity report for the year 1995-96. I shall try to cover at least the highlights of all the activities undertaken by the Association during this period for the consideration of this Annual Convention.
