Robotic blank loader

A new brochure from Schuler Incorporated describes the PLR 3 blank loader with robots.The system comprises one destacking and one loading robot in sizes to handle blanks up to 4,100 mm (160 in.). With a destacking rate between 6 and 10 min., the system can handle blanks weighing up to 40 kg (88 lbs.) and can recognize double blanks.
