Strippit/LVD offers the PPRM precision press brake, which features a reluctance motor that delivers working speeds up to 59 IPM at reduced load, depending on application and safety requirements. The machine is suitable for bending small to medium-sized high-precision parts. The 35-ton machine has a working length of 49.2 in. (1,250 mm). The ram is supported by springs and uses two single-acting hydraulic cylinders. Each cylinder is connected directly with a hydraulic pump driven by a servomotor. There are no switching valves in the hydraulic circuit and no lapsed time in the ram cycle from valve mechanical movement.
