Finn-Power's quick-change tool option is available upon request with its CC22 crimper. The crimper can be used with wire, cable, and low-pressure hose assemblies. Hose sizes are up to 1(1/4) in. with a crimping force of 68 tons and a crimping range of 54 mm. Two control options are available with the crimper. The VS controller is a software-controlled processor. Up to 200 combinations of retraction diameters, correction requirements, swaging diameters, and die sets can be stored for immediate access. The controller automatically recommends a die set from those stored in its tool management memory when the desired swaging diameter is given.
