Thermatool Corp. now offers a flying, dual-head rotary cold saw for inline cutting of 5- to 16-in.- (400- to 1,280-mm-) dia. tube and pipe in wall thicknesses from 0.150 to 0.500 in. (3.8 to 12.7 mm).The new saw also handles square tubes from 4 to 12 in. (101.6 to 304.8 mm) and rectangles with heights from 4 to 12 in. and widths from 4 to 15 in. (101.6 to 381 mm). It also can handle CRA and HRS black steel with incoming yield strengths up to 85,000 PSI.
