Fruit and vegetable consumption strategy

The main conclusion from last months thought provoking conference on fruit & vegetable consumption, was that changing human behaviour to eat more healthy diets is such a big task that everyone from doctors, to politicians, to every one of us, is ducking responsibility - Joanna Wood reports. The only glimmer of hope seems to be that educating young children about eating fruit and vegetables does seem to be having behavioural effects on them and their parents.
