New Covent Garden Market establish Food Advisory Board

As part of their redevelopment programme the Covent Garden Market Authority have established a Food Advisory Board to discuss issues facing NCGM and advise on the redevelopment of the market from a food perspective. Baroness Dean, Chairman of the Authority will also be Chairman of the new board, which will be made up of key figures from the food industry. They will include Lord Has kins, Labour peer and a former Minister, Sir Don Curry, government adviser, Prue Leith, food writer, David Higgins, chairman of the Olympic Delivery Authority, Lady Jane Garrett, Brogdale Trust, and Will Sibley, Worshipful Company of Fruiterers.
