Pirapion immune (Kirby) (Apionidae) recorded on common gorse Ulex europaeus and western gorse U. gallii (Fabaceae)

Pirapion immune (Kirby), a widespread species in Europe and North Africa, though absent from Scandinavia north of Denmark, and increasingly intermittent eastwardly, is associated with Cytisus scoparius, Chamaespartium sagitiale and occasionally Genista tinctoria. I have also found it on another, unidentified Cytisus sp. in Portugal.
