Algerian refinery tragedy kills 27

A Massive explosion at a liquefied natural gas planat in algeria has killed 27 people and left 72 others injured.The blast,which occurred at 18:40 on 19 january at te state-owned sonatrach facility near the eastern port of skikda,is believed to have been the result of an accident caused by defctive boiler.
