IN A PRESENTATION before the National Association of Farm Broadcasters in Washington D.C.,Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns said,"I have an announcement that I would like to make.It won't be very long before there's a whole lot of discussion and talk about the new Farm Bill.The new Farm Bill will affect America's entire ag community.I feel strongly that America's entire ag community should have a say in the process."
