Junior doctors comprise over half of all doctors working in UK hospitals. They have a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills attained within every avenue of medical practice. They are the future of health care provision, and wilL in turn be responsible for the provision of training to subsequent cohorts of students and trainees. Does it not seem strange then that in many areas they are vastly underused in educating students, junior colleagues and allied professionals?
