摘要

One of the clinical teacher's greatest fears is to have the presence of a learner interfere with the way they interact with their patients. The singular doctor-patient relationship is at the centre of medical care, and we hold it very dear. But increasing numbers of learners in clinical settings and moves towards the involvement of several professionals in the one consultation are turning it into a team event.
