Plastics chemical recycling by steel industry may solve plastic waste problem

The steel industry reportedly can recycle waste plastic, whose quality is under certain level. The Japanese steel industry pledged to reduce energy use by 1.5%, with its action plan published in 1997. This will likely be achieved.
