Earthstone and Rains Group seek projects

THE Earthstone Group has executed a formal International Mineral Mining Joint Venture Agreement with Rains Group of India to source mining projects in Laos and Myanmar. The joint venture will operate on an 80:20 ownership basis with Rains Group sourcing projects and Earthstone being responsible for exploration and development of the projects. Rains Group will bear all pre-operative expenses for the projects and after final approval of the project for joint venture it will transfer all titles and rights to the joint venture company.
