摘要

Novel satellite navigation methods allow to locate railborne vehicles by processing the signals of only one navigation satellite. The application of such methods is not only limited to the rail traffic. They additionally can be used in positioning experiments with prospective satellite navigation systems, e.g. Galileo, since there is only one satellite available in early test stages. A reference measurement system was developed at the TU Braunschweig for the validation of new positioning methods. This system is satellite navigation independent and enables the positioning of vehicles under dynamic conditions. Experiments show, that a measurement uncertainty for positioning data of approximately 10{sup}(-2) m can be achieved.
