It is with considerable pleasure and pride that I can report to you on an outstanding year for the SAI Group, with record revenues of 75.207M dollars, a seven per cent increase on the previous year. I have been privileged to have been Chief Executive for six years: a period during which Standards Australia has evolved from a well-run but comfortable Association into a well tuned business enterprise. SAI is capable of fast response to both opportunities and threats, with its eye firmly set on delivery of the best possible services at lowest practical cost, and a willingness to seek growth outside its traditional comfort zones. It is something in which we can all take pride.
