Zuari Rotem Specialty Fertiliser, an equally owned joint venture between Zuari Industries (Goa, India) and Israel Chemicals, plans to spend Rs450 million ($10 million) on two water-soluble specialty NPK fertilizer plants in India. The plants, each with capacity for 30,000 m.t./year, will be built in the states of Rajasthan and Orissa. The Rajasthan facility is scheduled for completion in 2013, followed by the Orissa unit.
