Wacker expands silicone elastomers in south Korea

Wacker Chemie says that it is expanding its silicone elastomer production capacity at Jincheon, South Korea. The facilities at the new production site, about 100 kilometers southeast of Seoul, will include production plants for silicone sealants, specialty silicones, and liquid silicone rubber. The existing production units in Jincheon will be transferred to the new site.
