The Boyce Cotton Comparative Analysis started in 1986 and since 2005 has been a joint initiative of Boyce and the CRDC. The overarching question asked is: 'What is the profitability of growing one hectare of cotton on a full absorption basis?' The results are based on the actual profit results of participants, mostly clients of Boyce Chartered Accountants. The analysis provides a basis for discussion, so that growers can compare their results against others and strive towards a more profitable result.
