Trarning in precision agriculture

With increased discussion and the reality of climate change, stagnant grain prices and high input costs, PA is closer to the forefront of many growers' minds. Precision Training Technologies (PCT) in partnership with GRDC is offering growers, agronomists, consultants and anyone else offering an agronomic/management service to growers the opportunity to further develop their skills in PA. Agronomy isn't just about weeds; and PA isn't just variable rate application of inputs. Precision agriculture is really about understanding the capacity of all soil types on the farm and the learning how to manage them individually to maximise profit margins. The training helps growers to develop agronomic and management goals on farm and then helps growers to understand how PA can help with those goals.
