Vietnam Refinery and Petchems Complex Is Postponed

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemicals-a previ- ously announced $6-billion project planned jointly by Idemitsu Kosan, Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI), PetroVietnam (Hanoi), and Mitsui Chemicals planned for northern Vietnam -will be delayed by approximately six months until April 2014, sources tell CW. Contractors bidding for the project have requested a delay in the due date for submission of bids, CW has learned.
