Synthesis of #beta#-substituted #alpha#-iodo cycloalkanones by the CuI-mediated conugate addition of Grignard reagents to #alpha#-iodo cycloalkenones

摘要

CuI-mediated conjugate addition of Grignard reagents to #alpha#-iodo cycloalkenones afforded #beta#-sugbstituted #alpha#-iodo cycloalkanones in good to excellent yields.
