摘要

Hydrolysis of polystyrene-bound protected amino acids and peptides has been achieved using dimethylaminoethanol or triethanolamine, dimethylformamide and aqueous sodium hydroxide and the reaction is accelerated by ultrasound. Rapid cleavage and excellent yields of the products in high purity, without racemization, are the main advantages of the method. [References: 14]
