The development of a brand-new handling-course at a leading American facility, the Transportation Research Center (TRC), heads the list of recent and proposed changes to the world's proving grounds. At the same time, another American company, MDE, is continuing an investigation into a replica of the famous Nurburgring, while the South African Gerotek group is pushing for funding for a purpose-built automobile proving ground in that country.
