Difficulties commonly experi enced with surgical techniques include joint motion limitation, need for cautious postoperative rehabilitation, and intra-articular hardware prominence Here I present a displaced tibial eminence fracture he operative leg is placed in a leg holder, and th technique of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with headless cannulated compression screws. This technique allows for aggressive rehabilitation for prevention of joint motion limitation and eliminates the need for hardware removal.
