Nonstationary 1D equations describing the motion of electrons in a double plasma layer subjected to the self-consistent electric field of the space charge are investigated with allowance for friction force. Analytical solutions to a set of nonlinear hydrodynamic equations for plasma electrons are derived. The variation of the electric field strength, as well as of the electron velocity and concentration, in space and time is found. Electron plasma motions of different types of symmetry are characterized in terms of dynamic parameters. (c) 2005 Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
